HABLUE is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our growing team.

English Teacher (On Site Job)
An English Teacher with TILC LLC will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality English language classes and instruction that inspires students to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. This role will create a positive, interactive, and student-centered learning environment by planning and delivering lessons that develop learners' confidence and communication skills across reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

The English Teacher should use internationally recognized teaching methodologies and modern educational resources, and will continuously assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of learners..

This position will work closely with the Operations Manager, Academic Director and fellow educators to maintain high academic standards, contribute to curriculum development, support student success, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of TILC's educational programs.

Specifically, as an English Teacher at TILC, you will perform the following responsibilities to the highest standards:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons in accordance with TILC's curriculum and academic standards.
  • Teach students of different ages, proficiency levels, and learning backgrounds through one-to-one, mini-group, or groups in an online or face-to-face format.
  • Foster an inclusive, motivating, and student-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence in using English.
  • Assess students' language proficiency through placement tests, classroom assessments, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress, providing timely, constructive, and personalized feedback.
  • Adapt lesson plans, teaching strategies, and learning materials to accommodate individual learning styles and educational needs.
  • Utilize internationally recognized teaching methodologies, educational technology, and interactive learning resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson reports, student assessments, and other academic documentation in accordance with Centre procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress, attendance, and any learning concerns where required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Academic Director and fellow teachers to share best practices, develop teaching resources, and continuously enhance the quality of instruction.
  • Participate actively in Team Member meetings, training sessions, workshops, and professional development initiatives.
  • Support academic events, workshops, speaking clubs, cultural activities, and other educational programs organized by the Centre.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment while maintaining professional boundaries and safeguarding the wellbeing of all students.
  • Uphold TILC's values, policies, academic standards, and commitment to delivering an outstanding learning experience for every student.
  • Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Academic Director or Operations Manager to support the effective operation of the Academic Department and the continued success of TILC.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field)
  • Previous English teaching experience
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or above (native or near-native proficiency is an advantage)
  • IELTS, TOEFL, TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching and student development
  • Ability to teach both individual and group classes
  • Experience working with children (experience with teenagers and adults is an advantage)
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and professional
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to different learning needs
